What would the Advent and winter season be without a fairy tale variety show at the Wintergarten? Right on time for the contemplative time of the year, the Wintergarten, together with the Berlin children’s circus Springling by CABUWAZI and the 31st Berlin Fairy Tale Days, is once again bringing its popular family event series to the stage.

The story of the poor little orphan, who has nothing but a piece of bread, has touched many a person. The child goes out into the big world and gives away not only her bread, but also her hat, bodice, skirt and shirt to the poor. As in the fairy tale, as a reward for this selflessness, the stars fall from the night sky as silver coins. And – oh wonder – the child suddenly wears a new, fine linen shirt, into which it collects the thalers.

This beautiful fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm is again fantastically realised in the Wintergarten with more than 30 young artists from the Berlin children’s and youth circus CABUWAZI from its Marzahn location “Springling” in attendance to amaze and enchant the audience with their breathtaking artistic skills.
