Mad Magic – the name says it all!

Amazing magic, a good dose of acrobatics – and a whole lot of crazyness are the ingredients of the new magic show starting in August at the Wintergarten Varieté Berlin. Odd birds, strong women, international top artists and some of the best magicians in the world round up the cast of this brand new production.

Stereotypes of magic are turned upside down – and the white rabbit, which has been passively pulled out of a hat for centuries, dares to revolutionize and take the scepter himself with sawn in half maidens and headstrong magic assistants.

World class artistry

Sarcastic moderation, surreal moments and optical illusions combine with world-class artistry, avant-garde juggling and a large portion of humor to create a unique spectacle.

Poetic floating spheres invite to dream, Angolan bending artists create goosebumps – and when the brute knife thrower Igor throws axes at his wife, the audience will cling to their seats.

Reunion with Cult Magician

Longtime visitors can look forward to a reunion with French cult magician Otto Wessely – and the perfectly bad-tempered host Hieronymus will provide head-shaking laughs.
