Denis Fischer brings the songs of the fragile yet raw rock poet to the stage. The singer and actor draws equally from Reiser’s solo career and his time as the singer and composer for the band “Ton Steine Scherben.”

Rio Reiser, revered and feared at the same time, was a hunted man in search of love. There are songs that have never been played on the radio to this day. The explosive power of his lyrics is too great, and they have lost none of their relevance even now. “The dream is over… but I will give everything to make it a reality.” These songs, too, shine as rediscovered treasures when they once again see the light of the stage through Fischer’s voice.

Denis Fischer has already shown his exceptional talent as an interpreter in the Clingenburg Festival production of the “Rocky Horror Show” in the role of Dr. Frank N. Furter and in his highly acclaimed “Fischer sings Cohen” concerts. In the summer of 2023, he portrayed Rio Reiser at the Jagsthausen Castle Festival in the musical drama “König von Deutschland” by Heiner Kondschak.
