for Acrobatic Arts

The graduates of the The Berlin School for Acrobatic Arts are back to be ready to get off the starting blocks. The air is full of adrenaline and soon they will be stepping out into the limelight of the rings and stages of the world. Fully focused on a debut as sensational as possible, all senses are sharpened and that’s exactly what they want to “tell” – about senses.
They deal with the well-known 5 senses/perceptions and dedicate themselves in particular to the 6th sense, the depth perception, the proprioception, quasi the deeper sense. The perception of one’s own body according to its position in space, the positions of head, torso and limbs in relation to each other as well as their changes as movements together with the sensation of heaviness, tension, strength and speed.
Who, if not artists, could better deal with this still little explored, mysterious sense and bring it to the stage full of playfulness and movement in a pictorial, dynamic, dance-like, acrobatic way.
In short: a sensual/censual, sensational spectacle!
