We are very pleased to welcome and entertain you in our house!

At the moment, no hygiene measures are prescribed by the Berlin Senate for a visit to an event. However, we feel responsible to maintain certain hygiene measures for the time being. After all, your health and, of course, that of our staff is very important to us.

The most important thing in advance:

If you have any signs of a respiratory infection or fever, please do not visit our clinic. We adhere to the recommendations of the RKI. We ask for your understanding.

We recommend that you continue to wear an FFP2 mask during your visit, which you can of course remove at your own place.

In addition to the other well-known and by now familiar general hygiene and distance rules, we have set up a series of protective measures with which we want to protect you as well as our staff and artists from infection with the Corona virus and contain the further spread of the infectious disease COVID-19.

For your information, we have compiled an abridged version of our protective measures, such as wearing an FFP2 mask except at your booked seat and gastronomic specialties.

Tickets

Please make your ticket purchases online if possible and print your tickets via print@home to avoid a queue of people picking up tickets at the box office in or in front of our house. Ticket sales can only be made with complete contact information.

Hygiene instructions

We recommend that you always wear an FFP2 mask from the moment you enter the building. If you do not have an FFP2 mask with you, we offer masks for sale.

If you are unable to wear a mask due to a chronic condition, you are putting yourself at increased risk of infection. We therefore advise against attending performances.

Please adhere to the generally applicable hygiene standards:

Always sneeze and cough into the crook of your arm if you cannot avoid it completely.

Hygiene dispensers are available at the entrances and all important points. Please disinfect your hands at the entrance.

All frequented surfaces are disinfected by our staff at short intervals.

Please refrain from physical contact, such as shaking hands, hugging or even interacting with our staff.

Please use the elevator individually or only with members of your household.

Cloakroom/Guest Services

Our Cloakroom is open for you. Unfortunately, we have to do without our popular offers valet parking, close up magic and guest photography at the moment.

Ventilation

In the fully air-conditioned theater hall, 100% uncontaminated outside air is always introduced into the auditorium and the stale air is exhausted upwards. The air is exchanged up to 8 times per hour. This ensures constant and thorough ventilation of the premises. In addition, we will keep the auditorium doors open for short periods during the intake and exhaust phases as well as during intermission.

Personnel

Through interdepartmental training, all employees are continuously familiarized with the current and specific hygiene regulations and procedures for public traffic. In addition, our staff is regularly tested, as are our artists.
